Seminyak Yoga Shala is made up of dedicated teachers and features classes suited to both beginner and experienced students. The practice provides a quiet, enclosed, and serene setting for all involved.
Enjoy a daily schedule that includes Ashtanga Yoga and Hatha Vinyasa Yoga classes. Ashtanga Yoga is the oldest dynamic form of Yoga – it integrates the rhythm of movements and awareness of breathing, with a focus on vision.
The Ashtanga Yoga Mysore program is taught by an authorized KPJAYI Ashtanga Yoga teacher, in the tradition of Shri K Patabi Jois – here each student is encouraged to exercise independently at their own tempo.
Where as in the Ashtanga Yoga Led Class your teacher leads the group and sets the rhythm but assists the students if necessary.
Ashtanga Yoga programs run six-mornings per week, beginning at 7.30am. Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga classes are also given daily by a small roster of certified Yoga instructors.
