Odyssey MVMT’s yoga programs are designed for all levels, all the time. The All classes offer you modern mindfulness through breath and movement and each style has a unique Odyssey touch.
From Essence and Soul, to Breeze and Space there are a number of styles to choose from depending on your abilities. Say hello to mindful movement, creative flow and a fresh perspective on traditional yoga philosophy, all while tuning into your breath and getting present.

Odyssey MVMT also offer a 200hr Yoga Teacher Training course – designed for you if you are a modern day yogi who wants to learn and build your expertise in the practice of yoga in a way that resonated in real-time, wherever you are in the world.
